About the Hanzon Work Readiness Logbook
Welcome to the Hanzon Work Readiness Logbook.
This logbook is designed to help participants record their daily activities, routines, efforts, and progress as they work toward becoming more work-ready. It gives each person a simple way to track what they are doing each day, build positive habits, and show the effort they are making over time.
The logbook is not just about paid work. Participants can record a wide range of activities, including getting into daily routines, helping at home, attending appointments, volunteering, work experience, job searching, training, community activities, and other steps that support their pathway toward employment.
Over the 12-week programme, the logbook will help build a useful record of each participant’s progress. This can support weekly check-ins, help case managers better understand what each person is doing, and provide evidence for end-of-programme reporting.
Below are the key roles in the programme:
Participant
Participants use the Work Readiness Logbook to record their daily activities and efforts. This helps them build a clear picture of what they are doing each week and reflect on their progress toward work readiness.
Participants only have access to their own profile and records.
Responsibilities:
Record daily activities in the logbook
Track personal progress over time
Reflect on routines, effort, work traits, and steps toward employment
Use the logbook to support weekly check-ins
Case Manager / Support Person
Case Managers and support people help guide and encourage participants throughout the programme. They can use the logbook to better understand each participant’s activity, progress, routines, strengths, and areas where extra support may be needed.
They can view participant records, support weekly check-ins, and help confirm progress throughout the programme.
Responsibilities:
Support and encourage participants
Review participant logbook activity
Use logbook records to guide weekly check-ins
Help identify progress, strengths, and support needs
Contribute to end-of-programme reporting
Group Reports
Hanzon can generate individual and group reports where needed. These reports can help show participant engagement, weekly activity, work-readiness progress, and overall programme outcomes.
